Plant Walks
Slow-paced, seasonal walks to connect with the plants around you.
These walks are a gentle way to get to know local herbs — not from books, but from the land itself.
Whether you're brand new to plant medicine or looking to connect deeper with medicinal plants, you're welcome to join.
We’ll move slowly, pause often, and spend time with the plants that grow around us — learning how to identify them, how they’ve traditionally been used, and how to approach them with care.

What to Expect

A Slower Way to Learn
Plant walks are informal, unhurried, and rooted in observation.
We typically walk a short trail in a local conservation area or park, stopping often to meet and talk about the plants we find. You’ll learn about their traditional uses, ecology, folklore, and how to identify and use them safely and respectfully.
No prior herbal knowledge is needed. These walks are open to anyone with an interest in plants and a willingness to slow down and notice.
